SHIPPING

We use LBC as our main courier. You may track your order via www.lbcexpress.com.

A tracking number will be sent out via Email/SMS once your order has been shipped. If you did not receive an Email or SMS with your tracking number, kindly email us at info@hometvshop.com.

 *The seller has the right to change the courier service without prior notice.

Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Manila:3-5 business days after order has been dispatched.

Provincial (outside Metro Manila): 5-7 business days after order has been dispatched.

(Note: Dispatch day is when we hand over the package to the courier. Business days do not include weekends and holidays.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payments thru the following:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • BPI
  • BDO
  • Paypal  

CAN I USE MY CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD FOR PAYMENT?

Absolutely! Credit card payments are processed via Paypal. If you want to pay via credit card or debit card, choose Paypal as payment method.

Note: A Paypal account is not required for the credit card/debit card transaction.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?

All items are being sold in Philippine Peso (PHP).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED TO THE COURIER?

We normally ship out the order the next business day after the payment.
